Order Processing

Select TWENTY5/8 garments are produced specifically for each order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and order processing before shipment.

Processing times may vary during product releases, holidays, periods of high demand, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping

Once your order has completed production and has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed and do not include processing time.

Domestic delivery typically requires approximately 5–10 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because items may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. Separate tracking information will be provided when applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. TWENTY5/8 is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit delays are outside of our direct control. Please contact us at Info@twenty5-8.com if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
